Melcior Oller

Partner

Melcior, degree-holder and MBA from ESADE and insurance broker

Is the “alma mater” of O. Brokers. He has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, which he joined after holding management positions in a number of companies. He has dedicated virtually his entire professional life to advising companies on taking out insurance and constantly conveys to the team that the client      comes first. Melcior loves skiing and the sea, and enjoys spending his free time with friends and family.

Marta Oller

Partner

With a degree and MBA from ESADE and an insurance broker

Marta joined the insurance sector in 2017, after having worked four years in strategic consulting and seven years more in two leading e-commerce companies. Marta is responsible for driving change at the company, as a strong advocate of “Insurance as a Service” and a lover of methodology and processes for achieving orderly growth. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends in nature, at the beach and in the mountains. She competed in alpine skiing until the age of 19 and now enjoys sharing that passion with her daughters.

Anna Penas

Client Director

Anna, graduated in business studies from the University of Barcelona

has been working in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. She has worked in all departments of the firm and has been advising companies on risk management for 20 years. She specialises in       international programmes     and financial lines, but also manages other business lines. She is a mainstay of the team and there is no technical issue she cannot solve. Anna is passionate about board games and music, hobbies she shares with her family.

Helena Corominas

Client Director

Helena studied Business Administration and Management and Tourism and Leisure Management at Pompeu Fabra University

After graduating and working in the tourism industry, she discovered the world of insurance, where she has been working for more than five years. Helena is very methodical and structured, and exudes calm and tranquillity in times of crisis. She has become the official trainer of new recruits. She is passionate about the sea and the mountains, and whenever she can she returns to the Maresme to get away.

Olga Cilleruelo

Administration & Accounting Manager

With a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and more than 20 years of experience in the insurance sector

Olga is the one who keeps order in the brokerage and tracks the budget. Administration, Accounting and Compliance are her responsibilities, as well as driving the brokerage’s efficiency by optimising processes. Her passion is travelling and there are few places in the world she doesn’t know. In addition, she     loves sports and reading.

Nicole Rüst

Claims Manager

With a degree in Environmental Sciences

Nicole started her career in the insurance industry in 2016 at Chubb Argentina.  After working in the claims department of a Spanish company, she joined O.     Brokers as a claims and private client manager. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious and allow her to solve issues as quickly as possible.

Àngels Roldan

Client Manager

With 12 years of experience in the insurance industry and 15 years in other sectors, Àngels manages clients’ requests and day-to-day affairs. Her proactivity and spirit of continuous improvement allow her to stay on top of all client requests on a daily basis. Àngels is passionate about life, she loves to try new things and have new challenges. She enjoys her free time with good company and loves to laugh.

Blanca Huerta

Graduated in Business Administration from Pompeu Fabra University

Blanca joined O.Brokers in 2022. She is a team player with a great capacity to learn and to face new challenges.  Blanca studied piano at the Conservatori Municipal de Música de Barcelona and stands out for her rigorousness, methodology and optimism.

Iris Mas Esteve

Graduated in Business Administration and Management from Pompeu Fabra University

 

Iris joined the team after completing her university studies.

Her great capacity for teamwork, her excellent people skills and her ability to learn have strengthened the Client Managers team.

Jael Fabregat Calbet

Client Manager

Graduated in Business Administration and Management from Pompeu Fabra University

 

Jael joins the team after finishing the International Exchange Program at the Universiteit Van Amsterdam.

Cheerful, responsible and organized, Jael has a keen interest in economics and the business world.

In her free time, she loves to be surrounded by her people. Sport and healthy living are fundamental in her daily life. In addition, whenever she can afford it, she travels to get to know the world and new cultures.

Pol Feixas

Client Manager

Graduated in Business Management from Pompeu Fabra University and holding a master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Pol joins the team after working for a year at KPMG in strategy and transformation consulting. He has been a professional tennis player and coach, and in his free time, he enjoys running, playing tennis and padel, traveling, and reading.

Miriam Montagut

Client Manager

Miriam holds a degree in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and has completed an internship in the finance department of the Pascual Maragall Foundation.

Persistent, organized, and a strong team player, Miriam joins the O. Brokers Client Managers team. In her free time, she enjoys the mountains and returns to her hometown of Tortosa whenever she can.
